With eddie.work you’ll find no fluff.

Just the templates, scripts, and hard truths required to lead with a service heart and a business mind.

The Origin

“A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” ~Greek Proverb

The Observation

The transition from combat to corporate, or from L4 contributor to L5 leader, is kinetic and often unorganized. Most career advice focuses on “getting in the door,” leaving high-performers to wither in “Work Deserts”, environments where manual heroics are required but individual impact is invisible.

The Problem

High-performers are being “pigeon-holed” by firms that value the status quo over growth. By choosing “any job” or staying in roles to appease faux passions, you risk becoming a cog in a machine that doesn’t see you. Without a system, “trying hard” is just friction, leading to burnout and a lack of advocacy.

The Thesis

Accountability is the highest form of respect. In a saturated market, the only defense against becoming a “workhorse” is to become an Operator. By applying “Impeccable Commitments” and standardized systems, you don’t just survive the machine, you master it and earn your seat at the Final Table.

The Stacks

I am approaching this site through two distinct lenses designed to move you from Operator to Advocate:

  • Stack 1: High-Performance Mobility. Tactical mechanics, templates, and scripts for navigating the gauntlet from L4 to L5. This is the “Secret Sauce” for getting promoted when the firm’s culture is laissez-faire.
  • Stack 2: The Psychological Core. (Coming soon) Fusing 20 years of “Situation Room to Boardroom” experience with clinical mental health insights. We solve the internal friction, the “Imposter Syndrome” and burnout, that stops veterans and high-performers from reaching their full potential.

The Promise

“I am not your guru”, as Tony Robbins says.

What I am is your peer.

What I am is your equal.

While I truly believe I am not unique, I do think my perspective is, and I want to democratize it as much as possible. I am grateful to be in a place in life where I can give away what I know, with the only thing in return being that I just hope it helps others.

Let me be clear.

I am not a coach with a proven formula.

I don’t sell courses or guarantee outcomes.

What I am is a purveyor of hope mixed with radical candor, and I promise to be a resource to you and to help in any way I can.
